Royalty Clothing – Exchange Policy

At Royalty Clothing, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Every piece is carefully checked before dispatch. However, in rare cases where you may receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are committed to resolving the issue with a hassle-free exchange.

Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Exchanges will only be provided as per the terms below:


✅ When Can You Request an Exchange?

If the product delivered is damaged, defective, or not as per your order.

You must raise an exchange request within 48 hours of delivery.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

 

🔄 Exchange Process

1. Raise a Request: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@royaltyclothing.in or call us at [your number]. Please share your order ID and clear photos of the issue.


2. Approval: Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the pickup or return process.


3. Replacement: After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will dispatch a replacement of the same product.


4. Out of Stock Cases: If the same product is unavailable, you can select another product of equal value or receive a store credit for future purchases.

 


⚠ Important Conditions

No Refund Policy: We strictly do not offer cash or online refunds.

Exchange Validity: Exchanges are applicable only once per order.

Non-eligible Items: Products damaged due to customer misuse, washed, or without original packaging/tags will not qualify for exchange.

Shipping/handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
